My service tech was Josh Reyes .. Josh spent approx three hours working on leak/faucet replacement and assessing other plumbing issues within my home. Gave me multiple options and was very knowledgeable and efficient. Professional all the way!!! Very pleased !! Thanks Josh my new faucet looks great!

Josh Reyes did a great job for us a few weeks ago. He assessed the situation and gave options to correct the problem. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgable and professional. Jeff Zwigard did a great job just today, finishing the plumbing work on our downstairs bathroom. He was punctual, friendly, and professional. He completed the work as requested in a convenient amount of time. I highly recommend Neffsville!

This was a great discussion to call Neffsville Plumbing, they exceeded our expectations. We had an emergency issue with our downstairs bathroom and they set us up for the next day to do the repairs for sewer drain clean/jetting out to the street and removal of the old galvanized pipes and replaced with PVC pipes and a new toilet in our basement. Great price and discount for seniors. Thank you Tyler and your team , Great Job!

Tim and his helper did an excellent job. They performed a check of all of my plumbing systems and then did the work I had contacted Neffsville to perform. Neffsville’s service was very quick. I called them last night and Tim was here just after 8:00 AM this morning. Very quick response for a non- emergency call. Very happy with the response. Will definitely use them again.

What a great experience! Technician David Glasford came in and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I had an emergency situation and had my homes water shut off. Within a 2 hour period from calling the company to job completion they gave me peace of mind. They will be my go to and I can't recommend them enough.

I had a hot water heater go bad, made a call and that same night...yeah in the evening after hours we had a plumber come out. Great customer service. Travis was amazing. He presented multiple options and took the time to explain each options in detail. After making a decision later in the evening we called Travis back and he was there the next morning early to replace our water heater. The team at Neffsville is nothing short of amazing and professional! I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them for any issues I might face in the future that requires there expertise. Thank you Neffsville.

Neffsville plumbing was able to provide me an appointment and resolution all within 24 hours. This quick and friendly service was a huge relief since I had just been in the hospital for over a week and came home to the leak. Mathew Cruz did a superb job, provided me with explanations for all my questions. Definitely recommend!

Davide did a fantastic job. He was on time. He explained everything and showed me my options. He was patient as I thought about the best price and option for me. He did a great job installing my new Delta faucet. The extra was that he was concerned and took care, making sure that I was satisfied. Our water heater was not heating and was leaking alot. Gabe came out the same day and clearly explained what needed to be done and some options that we had. The pricing was upfront and clear, and it included all taxes and fees so there was no miscommunication. It was a difficult install due to the tight space where the water heater was placed. Gabe recommended that we install a pressure regulator which was also in a tight space. Once a selection was made, a second technician came out to deliver the equipment and they had it all installed within a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and the install looks very professional. I’m happy with the service and will definitely be using Neffsville again.

Everyone I interacted with throughout the entire process was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. During the installation, the technician discovered some unforeseen issues, promptly resolved them, and continued without any interruptions. I highly recommend participating in the maintenance program. We had to get a new furnace and AC unit, during a cold snowy weekend we cuddled in blankets and an electric space heater. John made sure we had our heat back and did it with a smile. Thank you to the 6 gentlemen I came in contract from the first visit, sales visit and installation team. Top Notch job!
